Having a high stress day

Kids are being rotten, getting into things they know they shouldn't. Its cold and windy out and I don't want to stand aroundon the worlds most boring play ground while they insist I push them on the swings. I hate swings. Who gets exercise on a swing, the parent doing the pushing.

Despite genuine attempt to clean today and yesterday, the livingroom in a pit and Isaiah has skated out of doing his chore, of doing the dishes, since friday. i don't know how to get him to just go do the chore without him barganing and whining and insisting that he wants to play with his brothers.

He never wants to play with them unless it keeps him from having to do something else. He ends up riling them up and then soomeone gets hurt.

So, after finally loosing my patience and screaming like a mad woman, he's doing the chore he was given to do friday. The little boys are eating lunch, or playing with lunch. And I think they may actually nap today.  I need them to.
